Josh Deitch
Owner/Lead Builder
Josh's passion for building started young. At just 13 years old he began working with fiberglass, creating his own surfboards. In college he turned that passion into a side business to help pay for tuition. Over the years he's worn many hats-teacher, husband, father, homebuilder, corporate professional, and commercial fisherman. Now he's come full circle, working with fiberglass again as a Coast Guard Certified Recreational Boat Builder. The only difference? The surfboards are a little bit bigger.

With over 40 years of fiberglass and boat building experience Frank humbly insist on just being called "An extra pair of hands", while he continues to be a valuable asset to Kumauboatworks.
